Service Description

$525 with lab test kit JD Squared will order Adrenal/Hormone test kit that will test; Cortisol (Morning, Noon, Afternoon, Nighttime), DHEA AM, Estradiol, Estrone, Progesterone, Melatonin (bedtime), Testosterone (AM), and DHT (AM). ($147 paid separately for test kit) Test is completed by patient through 4 saliva collections during a one-day period. One meeting via zoom for 60 minutes to review the lab and results interpretation with Jud Dean and go through suggested protocol. *Indicated additional lab practitioner processing fee of $89 per lab paid directly to JD Squared Wellness for all test kits with *. *These are the main labs we use, however, there are up to 80 other labs we can and sometimes will use depending upon the patients needs. *Additional time hourly rate is $195 per hour.
