$895 with lab test kit JD Squared will order GI MAP Stool Test kit that assess a patients microbiome from a single stool sample, with particular attention to microbes that may be disturbing normal microbial balance and may contribute to perturbations in the gastrointestinal (GI) flora or illness. ($423 paid separately for test kit) The panel is a comprehensive collection of microbial targets as well as immune and digestive markers, including Zonulin to check for intestinal permeability or “Leaky Gut”. This panel screens for pathogenic bacteria, commensal bacteria, opportunistic pathogens, fungi, viruses, and parasites. It utilizes the latest automated quantitative PCR technology for microbial DNA analysis to give us a better view into the GI microbiome. One meeting via zoom for 60 minutes to review the lab and results interpretation with Jud Dean and go through suggested protocol. *Indicated additional lab practitioner processing fee of $89 per lab paid directly to JD Squared Wellness for all test kits with *. *These are the main labs we use, however, there are up to 80 other labs we can and sometimes will use depending upon the patients needs. *Additional time hourly rate is $195 per hour.
