ITest and Results Interpretation with Jud Dean - $1,975 including lab fees and test kits JD Squared will order the MRT (Mediator Release Test) Inflammatory Food Panel, GI MAP Stool Test*, Adrenal/Hormone Test* and Intestinal Permeability Assessment* ($964 paid separately for test kits) see above for details of each test. One meeting via zoom for 120 minutes to review the lab and results interpretation with Jud Dean and go through suggested protocol. One meeting via zoom for 30 minutes with Jud Dean 45 days after initial review of lab and results to follow up on protocol and progress. *Indicated additional lab practitioner processing fee of $89 per lab paid directly to JD Squared Wellness for all test kits with *. *These are the main labs we use, however, there are up to 80 other labs we can and sometimes will use depending upon the patients needs. *Additional time hourly rate is $195 per hour.
