We do strongly recommend upgrading this package by adding an MRT (Mediator Release Test) and Inflammatory Food Panel Lab prior to getting your first meal plan package. Lab options are found at the bottom of this Schedule A.

JD Squared will provide three meal plans, which are one-day meal plans. Each meal plan will be provided monthly.
Three 30 minute Zoom calls are included to discuss the details of your meal plan and desires.

Will identify melatonin levels which is most known for sleep but is also involved in managing immune function, blood pressure, cortisol levels and acts as an antioxidant.

Intestinal Permeability Assessment*

A powerful noninvasive gastrointestinal test assessment of small intestinal absorption and barrier function in the bowel. The small intestine uniquely functions as a digestive/absorptive organ for nutrients as well as a powerful immune and mechanical barrier against excessive absorption of bacteria, food antigens and other macromolecules. Both malabsorption and increased intestinal permeability ("leaky gut") are associated with chronic gastrointestinal imbalances as well as many systemic disorders
Assess intestinal permeability, the lab measures the ability of two non-metabolized sugar molecules to permeate the intestinal mucosa. The degree of intestinal permeability or malabsorption is reflected in the levels of the two sugars recovered in a urine sample collected over the next 6 hours

Unlike conventional blood analysis, which uses very broad reference ranges to diagnose disease, we utilize functional ranges in order to determine health risks and identify sub-clinical health problems long before they manifest as full-blown disease
We look at a variety of markers that are not usually looked at because we believe identifying risk early is critical and we choose to be preventative rather than reactive
We use advanced lipid panels because it is not just about knowing cholesterol, HDL, and LDL numbers; it’s about the size of the particles, as well
We look for root cause patterning within our analysis and look at this alongside of the other testing to best understand how to rebalance your body’s system
